Does anybody have any experience using Xcache and Wordpress?

I've been running them together for awhile and for the most part all is well. However, I've noticed that some information in the Wordpress Admin panel doesn't update correctly unless the cache is cleared. Specifically, available plugins, outstanding comments, spam comments, etc don't update when action is taken. For example, the Dashboard will say that there is 1 Spam comment out there, action is taken to delete the spam comment, and the Dashboard still shows 1 Spam comment. Drilling down from the Dashboard to the Spam comment shows nothing available so the action performed worked fine, but the Dashboard is not updated.
